AI-Content Disclosure

Last updated: June 21, 2026

We want to be straightforward about how this content is made. Some of the content on Stop Belly Fat is drafted with the help of AI tools, and all of it is reviewed, edited, fact-checked, and approved by a human before it is published. We treat AI as a research and drafting assistant — never as a replacement for human judgment, sourcing, or accountability.

How we use AI — and how we don’t

We do use AI to:

  • Help gather, summarize, and organize information from the published literature and authoritative sources.
  • Produce first drafts and outlines that a human then verifies and rewrites.
  • Check readability, structure, and consistency.

We do not use AI to:

  • Publish unreviewed, auto-generated articles. Every page passes through a human editor.
  • Invent facts, studies, statistics, or quotes. AI can be confidently wrong, so we independently verify health claims against their original sources — we do not take the AI’s word for it. Our sourcing and fact-checking process is described in our Editorial & Research Standards.
  • Fabricate credentials, experiences, or testimonials, or impersonate a medical professional.
  • Replace the human accountability behind our content. A named human author and editor stand behind what we publish.

Why we disclose this

Google and other platforms judge content by whether it is genuinely helpful, accurate, and accountable — not by whether AI touched it. We agree. Disclosing our AI use is part of being trustworthy: you deserve to know how the words you are reading were produced, and you deserve the assurance that a human checked them against real sources.

This does not change our medical disclaimer

Whether a page was drafted with AI assistance or written entirely by hand, it remains educational information, not medical advice. Always consult a licensed clinician about your own health. See our Medical Disclaimer.
