Hoping for a particular dietary supplement, or secret fad
diet to help you lose belly fat? If you are
then push your back button now, because this website is about
teaching you things that DO work to lose belly fat quick. Those

only eat meat on Thursday then drink green tea every other day
of the week (I'm not up on the diet scene really anymore so I
obviously just made that up) don't work.

consume more calories and fat in a day then your body will
naturally burn off, or then you're willing to do extra exercise
to burn off. Hmmm... is that it you're saying? Well of course
there's still quite a bit to it such as, what foods to eat,
what exercises to do, how many calories should I be eating
etc.
The reality of weight loss, especially belly fat is it's all
tied back to what we eat, and how much of it we eat. Diet pills
that burn fat while we sleep or ab belts that work out our
mid-sections while we watch TV might help a bit, how ever
they're band-aids for the real symptoms of weight gain. What we
eat, and portion sizes.

what you should and shouldn't be eating, and how much of it you

If you're spending any amount of time doing crunches or

Here are three things you can do starting today to start
losing belly fat.
1.)Start tracking how many calories a day your
eating.
This isn't a glamorous task, but you might be surprised just
how much you're eating in the run of a day, and how many
calories are in some of the foods you consume. For example, I'm
28 years old, have recently lost about 25 pounds and am
weighing in at 167 pounds, and am 5' 10” tall. I should be
consuming about 720 calories a day. If you're sitting there
saying, geese I take in 1500 calories a day then you're either
really young, really tall, or need to lose some weight and cut
back on your calorie intake.
That's all I'll get into calories because it really is an
article all on it's own but to learn more right away consider
purchasing Mike Geary's book “Truth About Abs” he spends a lot
of time on food consumption.
2.)Eat lots of vegetable's and fruits, as well as
foods high in fiber
I don't think I know anyone (including myself) besides maybe
my vegetarian friends who eat the right amount of fruit and
vegetables each day. You see veggies and fruit will help you
lose belly fat because they provide you water, fiber, and most
are low in calories.
Along with veggies for helping you to lose belly fat you
want to ensure you're getting a good amount of fiber each day.
Foods that are high in fiber are usually low in fat, and are
digested more easily, therefore there are less wasted calories
hanging around your body.
3.)Plan your meals, especially dinner
You might not get how this can help you right away, but
planning what you're going to eat each night for dinner will
allow you to make healthy choices. When you get home from work,
it's all to easy to just throw something together, but if you
plan a whole week in advance, then go do the grocery shopping
for that week you can plan out 7 healthy, high fiber low
calorie meals for you and your family.
This particular tip isn't just a best way to lose belly fat,
but it's easier on the wallet as well.
So I didn't tell you to go buy any expensive supplements to
burn fat while you watch TV, or suggest you should cut
particular foods out of your diet. You can eat what you
normally eat within reason, and in moderation. The key is
tracking what you take in and knowing how much you should be
eating each day.
