Body For Life Diet by Bill Philips
This is more of a lifestyle program then a full blown diet.
Bill actually calls this the anti diet. The program is easy to
follow, and he lays out a complete blue print in his book on
what to eat, how out much to eat, and how often to eat. Simple
tips about portion sizes are what allows you to continue to eat
foods you love while being able to lose weight.

Mediterranean Diet
Interested in the diet that has kept the people in countries
surrounding the Mediterranean sea living a long and joyful life
for centuries. The Mediterranean diet is a fresh tasty diet
filled with lots of healthy oils, lots of fresh fruit and
vegetables, some carbohydrates and a low to moderate wine
intake. It's a wonderful blend of healthy and tasty foods that
is very enjoyable for those that like carbohydrates. The
allowance of wine on the diet is a big plus for many as
well.

Atkins Diet Review
A very popular diet for several years, but has some what
fallen from the lime light recently. How ever this doesn't take
the effectiveness of how much weight can be lost during the
induction phase of the Atkins diet away. Often thought of as
the red meat diet, it's much more then that shifting your daily
eating from carbohydrates to protein. It still works, although
isn't an easy diet to shift your entire lifestyle to.

GI Diet Review
The GI diet aka Glycemic index diet focuses on the GI value
of foods, and how fast their digested and converted to glucose
in the body. The concept is that eating foods with a lower GI
value will decrease how quickly sugar is released into your
body. This improves your energy levels, and doesn't leave you
looking for snacks later on in the day. A great diet to follow,
is easy to make a lifestyle change to if you want to follow it
for an indefinite period of time.
